About us

HOST agency was founded in 1994 as a classic MICE agency (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, Events). Well-known clients such as the pharmaceutical company Abbott, Deutsche Bank, Allianz, Jones Lang LaSalle and JP Morgan were supported in the conception, organisation and implementation of high-profile conferences, congresses and incentives.

In 2013, a takeover and reorientation took place, among others by the current partner Andreas Möller from Berlin. The team's experience was perfect for offering the new clients of HOST GmbH Berlin a perfect service on site. The new strategy focused on the growth market of "sports events", especially outdoor endurance sports for professionals and ambitious athletes.

The core competences of the HOST team are an all-round successful event management and a very personal service on site.

As a sports travel provider, HOST develops its own offers of the following range of services:

- Participant management

- Accommodation handling and logistics (luggage/bike transport, shuttle services, support vehicles)

- Training camps and sports trips

- Cycle route surveys and user surveys

We look after amateur/professional athletes, sponsors, trade fair partners and organising teams of competitive events. In addition, we offer training groups of beginners, intermediates and demanding enthusiasts perfect conditions in the right balance of fun, sporting demands and relaxation.

Our core regions are the eastern federal states and the entire Alpine region.
